Fireplace Instructions
The Fireplace is controlled by a thermostat and should come on and off automatically according to the temperature it is set at. If there are no flames it is likely that either the thermostat is set above the room temperature or high winds have blown out the pilot (see pilot lighting instructions below).

The Fireplace thermostat is above the mantle on the right near the sliding patio door.

This photo is of the fireplace when on, even when the large flames are not visible there should be a small flame in the center indicating the pilot light is lit.

This shows the fireplace when the flames are off with the pilot still visible in the center under the logs. If the pilot is not visible it will be necessary to re-light the pilot per the instructions below.
Loctate the small access panel at the bottom of the fireplace with the “Enviro” label on it.
Pull the access panel towards you and down to reveal the pilot lighter and instructions.

Instructions for lighting the pilot are on the inside of the door. Make sure to hold the pilot knob in until you hear beeps, per the instructions, which takes about 30 seconds. You can adjust the flame height with the knob on the right but it is usually left on high for best visual effects. On the left is the fan knob. This controls the fan velocity and therefore the amount of heat that is blown to warm the room. The fan generates more noise at higher velocities so set it to your comfort level.
