ASSIGNED UNDERGROUND PARKING – There is one assigned, underground parking space per unit. The assigned parking space for this unit is in Building “C”, Space #10. Use the door inside the garage closest to space#10 to enter the building. Our unit is at the very top of the stairs on the left.
PARKING GARAGE MAXIMUM HEIGHT– Please note that the parking garage has a maximum height of 6’6″ as clearly marked by hanging indicators at the entrances. Even though your vehicle might make it through the entrance there are ducts and structures inside and drivers of vehicles greater than 6’6″ risk damage to their vehicle and the garage structures.
ADDITIONAL ONSITE PARKING – Additional parking may be available on a “first-come” basis for one additional vehicle. A second car may be parked in any unmarked underground space or an outside striped space on the Crestview property. There is absolutely no parking allowed on the gravel/dirt between or behind the buildings as these are fire lanes. If parking in an open space (other than our assigned space), make sure to leave a note visible on your dashboard with “Unit 10” and your contact information so the property manager will not cite or tow your car.
OFFSITE PARKING– Make sure you review and observe any street parking signs and that you do not park across the street at Seasons 4 or there is a good chance you will be towed.
EV CHARGING – Crestview does not have public EV charging stations. Please use Plugshare or your preferred resource to insure local charger availability prior to driving your EV to Mammoth.
